OYL Committees
The OYL operates a number of committees that any member can get involved in. They are a great way to get more involved in the organisation, and to help shape both the strategic goals we set and how we get there. They are also a great way to expand your network, engage more people in our party, and help advocate for the things you believe in.
Women’s Issues Committee
The Women’s Issues Committee promotes visibility for women’s issues and works on improving women’s representation in politics.

Communications Committee
The Communications Committee serves to improve the OYL’s reach and profile outside of the Liberal Party, with a focus in social media. Given the disproportionate involvement in Facebook and Twitter by youth, it is highly advantageous for Young Liberals to share information through such mediums. Our goal will be to promote the Liberal Party message, generate buzz about OYL activities, and develop ways to “make a splash” in positive media coverage.
